Digital Product License & Legal Notice

This Digital Product License & Legal Notice applies to all digital products purchased or downloaded from Go Juju Studio.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Go Juju Studio digital product, you agree to the terms below.

1. Digital Products

All products sold by Go Juju Studio are digital wallpaper files intended for personal use. No physical product is included or shipped.

Your purchase grants you a limited license to use the downloaded files. It does not transfer ownership of the artwork, product design, files, brand assets, or other intellectual property to you.

2. AI-Assisted Artwork Disclosure

Some or all artwork offered by Go Juju Studio may be created with the assistance of generative artificial intelligence tools.

AI-assisted artwork may also be selected, curated, edited, arranged, color-adjusted, resized, formatted, composited, or otherwise prepared by Go Juju Studio for use as digital wallpaper products.

Because generative AI systems may produce similar results for different users, Go Juju Studio does not guarantee that any AI-assisted image is completely unique or exclusive.

Rights in AI-generated and AI-assisted material may vary by jurisdiction. Go Juju Studio retains all rights in its branding, product presentation, written content, creative selection and arrangement, edited elements, and any other material protectable under applicable law.

3. Personal-Use License

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Go Juju Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the purchased files for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may:

Use the wallpaper on your personally owned phone, tablet, computer, smartwatch, or other compatible personal device.
Resize or crop the wallpaper only as necessary to fit your personal device.
Make reasonable backup copies for your own private use.
Allow the wallpaper to appear incidentally in personal, non-commercial, and non-sponsored social media content, provided that the original or full-resolution file is not shared or made available for download.

The same design may be licensed or sold to other customers. Your purchase does not provide exclusive rights.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not, directly or indirectly:

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, gift, transfer, or otherwise provide the digital files to another person.
Share, publish, forward, or distribute the download link.
Upload the original or full-resolution files to social media, cloud-storage folders, file-sharing websites, online groups, forums, or other publicly accessible locations.
Use the artwork for any commercial, business, advertising, promotional, or revenue-generating purpose.
Use the artwork in sponsored content, paid advertisements, monetized content, commercial social media accounts, business websites, apps, presentations, or marketing materials.
Print or reproduce the artwork on products for sale, including clothing, posters, stationery, phone cases, accessories, packaging, or print-on-demand products.
Upload or sell the artwork through stock-image websites, digital marketplaces, template platforms, asset libraries, wallpaper applications, or similar services.
Modify, recolor, crop, trace, filter, combine, or otherwise alter the artwork for the purpose of selling, licensing, distributing, or claiming it as your own.
Use the artwork as, or as part of, a logo, trademark, service mark, brand identity, or business identity.
Mint, tokenize, sell, or otherwise use the artwork as an NFT, blockchain asset, or similar digital token.
Use the files to train, fine-tune, test, or create datasets for artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems.
Claim authorship, ownership, copyright, or exclusive rights in the purchased artwork.

Purchasing multiple copies does not provide commercial, resale, redistribution, or exclusive-use rights.

5. No Transfer of Ownership

All purchases are licenses, not transfers or assignments of ownership.

Except for the limited personal-use permission expressly granted above, no intellectual property rights or other rights are transferred to the purchaser.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Go Juju Studio to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Third-Party Rights

You may not use any Go Juju Studio product in a way that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that their use of the files complies with applicable laws and these license terms.

7. License Termination

This license automatically terminates if you breach any part of this Legal Notice.

After termination, you must immediately stop using the affected files and permanently delete all copies in your possession or control.

Go Juju Studio reserves the right to take any action or pursue any remedy available under applicable law in response to unauthorized resale, distribution, commercial use, or other misuse.

8. Refunds and Digital Delivery

Purchases are also subject to the Go Juju Studio Refund Policy, including the terms governing digital delivery, download-link validity, download limits, and final-sale conditions.

9. Updates to This Notice

Go Juju Studio may update this Legal Notice from time to time. The version applicable to an order is the version made available at the time of purchase, except where changes are required by applicable law.
