Thank you for shopping with Go Juju Studio. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Digital Products Only
All products sold by Go Juju Studio are digital wallpaper downloads. No physical product will be shipped, and no delivery, postage, or courier service is involved.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided after purchase, all sales are final.
Once an order has been completed or a download link has been issued, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds, except where required by applicable law.
Please review the product description, compatible devices, selected product option, and email address carefully before completing your purchase.
Digital Delivery
Your download link will be sent to the email address provided during checkout after your payment has been successfully confirmed.
If you do not receive the download email, please:

Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.

Confirm that you are checking the same email address used during checkout.

Contact us through our Contact Us page and provide your order number and the original email address used for the order.
If your order is confirmed and the original download email was not received, we can resend the download link to the original email address associated with the order.
Download Link Validity
Each download link:

Remains valid for 30 days from the date it is issued.

Allows up to three downloads per file.

Becomes unavailable after the 30-day validity period or after all three download attempts have been used, whichever occurs first.
Customers are responsible for downloading and securely saving their purchased files within this period.
Once a link has expired or its download limit has been reached, a new purchase will be required.
Email Address Changes
We currently cannot change the email address associated with a completed order or redirect a download link to a different email address.
Please carefully check that your email address is complete and correct before placing your order.
If a download email needs to be resent, it can only be resent to the original email address provided at checkout.
Incorrect or Defective Files
If you receive an incorrect file, a corrupted file, or a file that cannot be opened as described, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
We will review the problem and, when appropriate, provide a replacement copy of the purchased file. This does not cover device incompatibility that was clearly disclosed in the product description or issues caused by unsupported software or devices.
